I cannot express the significance of the initial consultation enough if you are new to facial aesthetic procedures or you are new to Dr Reena. The initial consultation is about giving you the proper information that empowers you to be able to make informed decisions about your future treatments and gives me the opportunity to find out more about you, your needs and expectations. This is the foundation of a successful partnership between you and me.

During these unprecedented times, when you ring up the clinic, I will ask you a few questions about the treatment that you are interested in and the concerns that you have. I will ask you to come in for a consultation (virtual consultations are also available) and I can email you a patient information leaflet about the treatment that you are interested in or maybe suitable for, as well as a medical history form. This is done so that we can limit our face-to-face contact. You will be asked to email these forms back to me prior to the consultation.

On the day of your consultation, we will go through your medical history and your consultation forms together in more detail. This will be followed by a skin analysis and recommendations for treatment and/or skincare products. Pre-treatment photos may also be taken for completeness.

Following on from the consultation, I will email you outlining everything that was discussed at the consultation and a bespoke treatment plan with the cost of the treatment and/or skincare products.
